Frequently Asked Questions
Payment is due upon receipt. Your invoice must be paid within 5 days after you receive the invoice. A $5.00 late fee will be added on the 6th day of non-payment and another $15.00 on the 10th day of non-payment with a service cancellation until payment is made in full. Monthly invoices are available (must have a credit card on file)
Yes. For the safety of our crew and to help us provide the best quality lawn service, we ask that all pet waste be removed before your scheduled appointment. If pet waste is present a $45 fee will be assessed, an additional cleanup fee may be added, or service may need to be rescheduled. If pet waste is persistent services may be discontinued.
